So this is my opening set for Luv Language party in LA. They throw a dope ass hip hop and r&b party. when summer comes around you got to check out their day parties big vibes. Was a little worried to play all SC edits but the homie said i could do what i wanted. wanted to pay respect to what their party was so this is what i came up with. The idea for this mix came from the cover photo above: a photo of my girlfriend Camille from her 90's/2000's themed birthday party back in 2021. When I came across this photo again recently, I thought to myself, "Why don't I make a mix that the ladies will love?" And so, I searched for and curated SoundCloud edits with some bomb-ass drums and a strong female presence.

The title, Get Lit Sit Pretty, on the other hand, was inspired by a night out with my girlfriend when she won a free table at Commissary 2.0 LOL. I offered to be her designated driver that night so that she'd be able to "get lit and sit pretty" with her girlfriends. As soon as I said it, I knew that it just had to be the title for this mix.

I'm so excited to share this mix with you all! I had so much fun working on this mix, and I hope you have just as much fun listening to it.
