This was the last track Advent (@adventzamusic) and I worked on in-person, before he moved to Johannesburg, and it's truly one of my favourites of all time ⏳ the pure nostalgia we got when we initially heard this vocal was crazy, so we had to turn it into something for the dancefloor. Those bouncy basses and our signature leads came together exactly how we had wanted - so keen to finally unleash this one! 🥀

Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄 I debuted this remix at Sabor Do Verão festival in Maputo, and it went off. I grew up listening to Akon, and always get some feel good nostalgia when I hear one of his tracks - this is why I decided to make a truly South African-inspired remix of this song, with some amapiano influence for an intro to my sets ☀️
