Kylie Minogue - Love At First Sight (DJ KiNEKT Edit)

DJ KINEKT is a dj & producer from Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. 

KiNEKT has been mixing and producing records since the age of 14 and now at age 26 has a solid 10+ years experience in the game. Since age 18 he has been attending clubs like the sub club, the now closed Glasgow arches and also the infamous SWG3. All of these venues have played part in crafting the sounds of DJ KiNEKT. His style of music is very versatile and can be seen one minute mixing a disco record into a slamming jungle techno track. DJ KiNEKT’s earliest influences were the likes of Jackmaster, Skream, Joy Orbison, Jasper James & Denis Sulta whom all of which have not only inspired his mixing style but also his own production. 

With some records already released under his own name he decided to go with a new alias for all of his musical work explaining that the idea behind the name DJ KiNEKT is about the connection an individual has with the whole musical experience. “Going out clubbing is all about having a connection, a connection with the music being played, a connection with the venue and space you are in and a connection with the people dancing alongside you. When I listen to music either alone or in company I always feel a deep connection and I very much want others to feel that same deep connection through my work, hence why I decided to use this name.”
