On this episode Matt sits down with Sky Cowans. Sky shares stories about wellness, spirituality, and alternative lifestyle with the intention to inspire personal wellbeing, curiosity, adventure, and unity through her channel Sky Life. Sky Life is a content-driven wellness brand on a mission to educate, inspire, and empower others to live their healthiest, happiest, most vibrant lives. During the conversation Matt and Sky discuss how Sky began creating video content and the origin story behind Sky Life. The two then jump into the topic of Ketamine, a disassociative psychedelic that has been gaining popularity recently, which Sky had recently made a documentary about. They discuss her intense journey with the compound, and the 'Light Language' that flowed through her during it. They then discuss Sky's time spent with Wim Hof, cold therapy & ice-baths in general, and finally some inspiring words for people who may be dealing with a creative block in their life.
