"Wanderer’ has always been a special track to me. I started writing it in New York while on tour with Droeloe and Duskus. Before writing ‘wanderer’, I had a conversation about creating music with Vin that has stuck with me in a huge way. Vin told me about how he likes to stop writing, loop the initial idea of a track, and think about what the song actually means. Stopping to think about the feeling of the track, what it reminds you of visually, what story you’re trying to tell, etc., was something I had never actively done. Up until the tracks of this EP, I had always just made music that felt pleasing to my ears and just tried to attach shallow meanings to it in the aftermath." - Tails
