Berlin native and Inkal founder, Ben Rau delivers two brand new mixes of the Roy Ayers classic 'Holiday'.
Titled after his record label 'Inkal', Ben's first pass of 'Holiday' makes use of the original's distinctive piano motifs over a bouncy and urgent big-room house groove; surely destined to become a summer essential for house DJs all over the globe.
Taking its name from his brand new imprint, the 'Meta' mix goes deeper, with afro-tinged percussion and rolling, techno-inspired drums leading the way toward an original organ solo over warm bass and hypnotic chords.
Recorded in the late 70's, unearthed by BBE and issued on the second volume of unreleased Virgin Ubiquity recordings, 'Holiday' is a languid, sun-drenched jazz- funk classic; vintage Roy Ayers. The track was previously reworked in 2005 by Kenny Dope and DJ Spinna to global acclaim.

In times when nightlife is impossible, it makes sense to find new concepts: New Toy Tonics artist Sam Ruffillo from Italy had the right idea: He made an uptempo disco EP for daytime fun. Putting house into a Sport context. And it works. After sending his demos to the label, Toy Tonics boss Kapote joined him in the studio and brought the new Toy Tonics vocalist Kosmo Kint with him. They re-arranged Sam’s tunes, added some hot vocals and here is the result: 4 deep & funky jazz house tracks. recorded with a lot of real instruments (bass, keys, guitars..) and combined with the sound of vintage drum machines. The new italian dance wave is coming up strong.

Mark Martini dj and Neapolitan producer, returns to CibiCaldi Records, this time with an ep of three tracks including a remix by Mihai Popoviciu. 

The title of the ep is Metalli Pesanti, the tracks as the title of the release are named Cadmio, Palladio and T1 the latter has a version of the great dj producer from Romania with an international biography.

All the work moves with soft sounds but Main room on the genre Minimal/deep tech.
