Real Late Summer Memories

What a night ! 

Our « Goulash Disko Bxl Party » series always felt warm and comfy but this one was definitely a step ahead ! We really felt that the people came there to listen, dance and share. How beautiful ! Throughout the night there was a strong and caring connection between the artists and the dancing souls. 
What a delight it was to play for a crowd like that, a crowd like you !

For this set I got a little out of my comfort zone, playing music genres and at speeds I’m not used to (in front of a crowd at least) and maybye that’s why I enjoyed it so much. As often I privileged diversity over smoothness, playing tracks I really wanted to and the public response was so kind-hearted. <3 

Thanks to our two guests for that night  : H20 for her brilliant hardware live and El Búho for his hypnotizing and powerfull downtempo mix.

Thanks to our favourite Brussels underground venue : the now famous Brasserie Illegaal.

Many thanks to my party partner - the sonic wizard and wandering musician - Rafael Aragon for bringing me to this lovely and life changing experience.

A fervent investigator of the diversity of human cultures, Dj Soleil invites you on a trip all around the world. His sets delve into ancient music traditions to reenvision them through the spectrum of modern electronic music, in a sunny, high-energy fashion. 

Since 2022 he also co-organize the « Goulash Disko Parties » with his sonic accomplice Rafael Aragon.
