Rompa Stompa - Contorted 27th September Promo Mix 2025

Obviously, I am seen as a predominantly Hard Trance & Old Skool DJ, but ya’ll know I love to play across the board, mix up the genres as much as possible and incorporate Hardcore, Drum & Bass, Schranz, Downtempo and all the rest of it into my sets.

This set is a strictly ‘Harder-styles’ set, no Trance or Hard Trance. Lots of Hard Techno in all its billions of different pigeon holes and some beautifully aggressive hardcore.

Even though Hard Techno is huuuuuuge right now, I know some of you are not into the popular style that all the big DJ’s are playing, but there’s only one of those style tracks in the entire set, and that’s the very first one.
 
SO even if this isn’t really your thing, but you are a supporter of mine, give it a whirl – you might like it 😊

The rest is Schranz, Downtempo – and I’ll be honest, I'd even call 1 or 2 of them ‘Hardstyle’ (Yeh, I said it, lol, they are CRACKERS though) – you'll recognise some of the stuff that I have been playing at events like Outrage etc..

Prepare yourself for the Mad Dog wankfest, lots of brand spanking new bits form my favourite producer alongside some of my favs from over the years.

Nu Reverse head honchos Ed E.T, D.T.R & Toxic join forces once again for round 4 of their popular collaboration series. This time recruiting the MC Steal on mic duties bringing his lyrical flavour to the table.

The track itself is a solid reverse bass banger as you've come to expect from this production combination, forging the guys trademark sounds and production trickery into this solid slab of high octane hardstyle. The catchy lyrics from Steal compliment the bouncy and energetic bassline perfectly, and the quirky screech chops and infectious riff make this the full package for dance floor destruction!

The Re:Tox'D journey started over 10 years ago when the two decided to join forces and bring their love for Hard Dance and Hardstyle together.
