Hammad Ehsan Khan a.k.a HMD is a multidisciplinary artist from Pakistan who promotes, produces, and supports the underground scene.
He began sharing the inspiring sounds he often hears when making and designing about 5 years ago. HMD pushed the limits of music by designing several podcasts around the globe, collaborating with DJs and producers from Turkey, Ireland, Indonesia, Netherlands, Argentina, and other countries. Today, he designs a deep psychedelic blend, placing sounds into sensation.

Micro 8 instead, follows the Melody; a soothing cruise of House music - tech, tribal, melodic and progressive - that sparks up by a groovy bassline, and touches down at a warm magenta sunset.

Priya is a regular contributor writer and music reviewer for music magazines - Decoded (UK), Underground Tel Aviv, Frisky Radio; She is based out of Mumbai, India.
She's also a former night club programmer, blogger, and she has added another dimension to her artistry as a DJ, covering the spectrum of Deep Tech, Progressive House and Melodic Techno at some of the most prolific hot spots and electronic dance music nights that celebrate the underground.
She is one of the busiest DJs in India and on many occasion lent support to artist tours such as Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Khen and other renowned international artists in her country.

Furthermore, Priya hosts her monthly show on Frisky Radio titled – Provocateur and also looks after the A&R at Canadian label Modern Agenda and its sister imprint Modern Architect.
Aside from being a prolific performer in India, Priya has also released music on Stripped Recordings, Modern Agenda, Mistique Music, One Of A Kind, ICONYC Noir and many more.

Coming from a family were excelling in music, sport, and education were equally important.
All her family members valued music as an essential part of their lifestyle. Her father, already a musician planted the seed, while her mother watered and grew the love for music and the arts. Her brother, a percussionist at a very young age, is now a sound engineer, a music Producer, and a DJ known, individuallyas Psycrain, and Safe Iron with Bassclef Records.
Leen Tilt started her career in the fine arts as a violinist and a ballet dancer at the age of 10. She discovered her passion for underground music in 2005, when she accompanied her brother to one of the events he was DJing at. Needless to say, that was the moment she knew this was going to be a big part of her lifestyle. 
She often sits and listens, learning from her brother while he is composing. With his constant guidance and support, they both continue to create and contribute to each other’s music.
She uses Traktor Z1 & X1 to record her mixes, while she doesn’t use headphones, she creates weekly playlists following the key, grid and most importantly the beat in her ears.
Since she started DJ-ing at the end of 2019, she has released her debut “Nothing Can Stop Me" along with her mentor, and brother, Safe Iron in June 2020. Up next in April 2021 was their release “Still On Earth” through Bassclef Records . She also has her own podcast “The Penguin Show with Leen Tilt.”
As for the chosen name, she believes that time, forever, repeats itself with a tilt, just like music.

Beautiful weekend and this time we have a guest from Switzerland 🇨🇭, SAMCHE, who is a music producer and DJ whose rich soundscapes and melodies transport listeners on an emotional journey between the organic and electronic. Influenced by the music communities in Ibiza and Beirut, his early music drew inspiration from his career as a humanitarian worker, with his first tracks composed while based in conflict zones and on the road near the frontlines of war, using equipment suitable for on-the-go travel and making it past military checkpoints. Since then, he has been avidly producing and mixing organic, progressive and afro house music, including a recent three-track EP entitled Mudun, using actual soundscapes to pay homage to the nostalgic beauty found in three Middle Eastern cities, as well as the melodic house tracks, Rising, Falling and All That We Got. Bio - Onur Özman is one of the more remarkable names in deep house. With more than 200 releases to his name, this talented boy from Turkey has come a long way, and shows no signs of stopping. 

Onur Özman started his career as a prominent member of Istanbul house music scene early in 2005, and his remarkable musical talent has since then led him to release music on labels like Yoshitoshi, Hottrax, Comport, Raving Society, Constant Circles, Rebirth, Noir Music, Kwench, Sincopat, 303Lovers, Eleatics Records, i! Records, Tronic Soundz, ISOLATE and New Violence Records where he notably released the excellent “It's Coming EP” with renowned UK singer Cari Golden in 2017.

Being the vessel of an ever restless musical soul, his music keeps changing, keeps developing, and as an artist he never stops to rest, always looking to find new expressions in his music, something that also led him to relocate to beautiful Switzerland. With the finest natural backdrop you can imagine, this is where he built his studio and where he for the past 10 years has continued to create the fine sound he likes to think of as the Onur Özman sound.

Forced to describe that sound himself, Onur Özman’s says his music is a combination of Swiss obsession with fine details, Turkish playfulness, never ending curiosity and an enormous amount of groove!

His love for the origins of electronic music mixed with a commitment to the discovery of new sounds gives his catalogue a wide range, with no genre restrictions, just a multitude of expressions showcasing the many sides of Onur Özman.

Till Antonio is an enthusiastic and multifaceted DJ & Producer from Berlin. Beginning in 2019, he has had the pleasure of indulging in creating enchanting, never-ending musical journeys on the dancefloor.

Always adapting to the atmosphere and energy of the moment, he has gained a lot of experience playing at several Open Airs, had his club debut at Burg Schnabel and was scheduled to play at Beate Uwe & KitKat.

It was with great pleasure that he played at many uprising festivals, such as Sauna Splash, Wohnzimmer Adventures & Cute Laune Festival.

BSV: Hello Mateo! Thank you for contacting us with your session request. Obviously you enjoyed the previous episode, so you wanted to be a part of our story.
MATEO QUILES: I am very grateful for this opportunity, I met you when my friend Mass Digital shared that fantastic set for you.  It's amazing that my session is next to yours.

BSV: As an old school DJ, is it difficult to adapt to current electronic music trends? Are you in progressive mode from the beginning?
MATEO QUILES: It has not been difficult for me, since I have never disconnected from the musical world.  I have been adapting over the years according to the style I felt the most at that time. I started with Breakbeat and Electro until 2006, I continued with Minimal-Techno and Hard Techno until 2014 where I lost that spark. Feeling that Progressive gave me from the first moment I discovered it and where I hope to be until my retirement.

BSV: So you play breakbeat also? Asking for your last track in the mix (pretty).
MATEO QUILES: In my sessions I always like to end with a special track, be it vocal or Break.  I discovered a group called Framewerk who do an amazing break very old school style and they suit my sets very well. They have a label called Capital Heaven where you find authentic jewels. My latest track in particular is by Distant Fragment, also some classics that just released an EP on this label.

BSV: You are a member of the ''Malaga Progressive Space'' movement.  Do you host parties these days?
MATEO QUILES: At this moment no, we are looking to 2022 so that normality is safe and we can hold events again.  Since the pandemic, I reconverted the label into doing radio shows to promote the artists that appeared on my tracklists.  And the truth is that I am very happy since they have an incredible reception every month that keeps my motivation high in these difficult times.

BSV: Are you considering music production? DJ since 1998 must have a lot of listening experience.
MATEO QUILES: Very good question, my friend, the truth is that the production never caught my attention.  I loved going to buy vinyl at music stores.  I was 2 times in London shopping and it was crazy incredible, I was used to have 2 stores in my city, and in London I entered at least 20 !!  Maybe if 15/20 years ago I knew that being a producer today is so important and that makes you have more open doors to succeed in music, I would not have thought about it.

BSV: Equipment that you used while recording this mixtape?
MATEO QUILES: For my sets at home I always use an easy setup, Macbook Pro + Traktor + Numark Controller.

BSV: Your idol DJ?
MATEO QUILES: My idol at the moment is Hernan Cattaneo, he holds the Progressive flag so tightly that he is admired all over the world for both his career and his closeness to the public.  
He is an example to follow.

A pioneer of the rave scene and electronic music events since 1994 in Canada, he is the founder of Mental Crew Productions since 2004 and is still active in organizing events. For 10 years, Micky Mental was director and promoter of several big clubs including Sona and Aria, two of the biggest “afterhours” in Montreal.
Micky Mental has been a DJ since 1996 and has performed in several clubs and events in various locations in America.
With a 25 year career as promoter, organizer, artistic director as well as DJ of several events, he is renowned as the first to have introduced and made known several DJs from different countries for the first time in Canada.
He hired 150 international DJs who collaborated with him in 17 raves, bringing together more than 3,000 people, among others, at the Bell Center, the Olympic Stadium, Jarry Park and the Metropolis.
Artist manager, Micky Mental has owned 2 labels: Infiltration Record and Ourway Recording.
Referred to as the "master" of techno events, he is the recipient of three MiMi'S Award for the 1998, 1999 and 2000 event of the year for the "The Arrival" electronic music festival, and is featured on the front page of the Journal de Montreal and La Presse.
