Lowriderz are back at it with another smasher of an EP and if you thought their previous ‘Jungle Wars’ EP from 2018 was good, then open your ears and get ready to one foot skank all over again. Released everywhere on 12th June, this collection of beats is nothing short of a welcome return to the world of Serial Killaz.

‘Back’ is one dangerous lead to this EP that would no doubt take anything in its path and give it a good bashing. You know the vocal sample already and wrapping this around a single sine wave is the perfect complement alongside the regular breakbeat switches. 

Distant Future and Steppa Style link up for the ride on ‘Dub Stye’ and ‘No Shop Talk’ respectively. Both feature heavy ‘96 influences with pitch bent basslines, tons of vocal shots and bubbling beats that will have you sticking flyers from the past all over your bedroom, flicking up a lighter and trying to invent a time machine.

‘Dubplate’ and ‘Stop’ could have been a double A side release and their stark variations compliment each other perfectly. On one hand you have a tough roller with a singalong style riff. The flip, more of a flexed out riddim, however, both contain that all important Serial Killaz element. Original roots and foundation.

The flavour for 2020 is without a doubt full circle from the mid 90’s and if Lowriderz have anything to do with it, long may it continue.

Hailing from the UK's most easternly point aka Lowestoft, Affirmation is a Surrey born but EastAnglian through and through Multi genre DJ and Producer.

He Eats, Sleeps and Breathes Rave culture!

Cutting his teeth 19 years ago at the infamous Brains-Kan free parties and other such nefarious events, he fully fell in love with the culture and never looked back.
Affa (as his friends call him), picked up the flavour for Djing in his late teens and throughout his early 20's mastered the art mixing vinyl and then digital djing respectively.  
Previously known for being a bit of a free spirit and a clown, he didn't take things too seriously until 2012 when something inside just clicked.

Fast forward 11 years and he's relentlessly climbed tooth and nail from doing warmup sets to playing mainstages, festivals and headlining shows across the country. 
Growing a lot over the years, one thing that's never changed is that no matter the size of the crowd Affirmation always gives 110%.
Over the last decade he's built up fearsome reputation as a technically gifted, versatile and ruthless DJ. A real wizard on the decks....
he brings a high octane and passionate performance, full of lot's energy and lot's of sweat hahaha!

Comfortably covering most rave genre's, Drum & Bass / Jungle and Speedbass is where Affirmation really shines. 
With the main bulk of his career spent djing around the UK DNB circuit.. he's won dj comps, played huge shows and passed the decks to the very top tier artists in the scene.
He's also had a NO.1 across all genre's in the juno download charts!!! Alongside a string of release with respectable labels such as Grand Theft Audio, Boomslang Recordings, Mutant Species and Noxious Records. 
More than capable of mixing across four decks in these genre's..... book him' for the 174 and your ravers feet will definitely be sore!!
