On Saturday 29th September, London's biggest Soulful House night “Groove Odyssey” celebrates its 3rd birthday, and to mark this momentous occasion, we will be throwing another massive party at “PROUD2” in London's world famous O2. Once again no expense has been spared, as we bring you for the very first time in London playing on the same bill, headlining our main room – House Legends Louie Vega and Kerri Chandler! Also flying in for an exclusive performance will be the unmistakable soulful voice of Julie McKnight who will be performing some of her hits. There will also be a Groove Odyssey Records showcase in the main arena with performances from some of our artists.

Room 2 is Eighties Soul, Funk and Disco with a special guest PA from Pauline Henry (Chimes) performing her 80's hits alongside DJ Bigger and guests.

Outside Terrace is hosted by the one and only HouseFM.net. This massive birthday celebration will be the biggest Soulful House event for 2012 at the state of the art venue with a slamming sound system. Known as a “lawyer by day, DJ by night,” Alan King is one of the early members of the legendary Chicago-based DJ crew, the Chosen Few DJs (now consisting of Alan, Wayne Williams, Jesse Saunders, Tony Hatchett, Terry Hunter, Andre Hatchett and Mike Dunn).  In the late ‘70s and early ‘80s, the Chosen Few DJs was a group of popular DJs from the city’s south side who played their unique brand of soulful dance music to huge crowds at Chicago night spots of historic importance in the birth and development of house music, including Sauer’s, First Impressions, the Playground and the Loft.  Alan’s influence on the house music landscape has been felt for more than 30 years, and he has been cited as an inspiration by countless DJs including legendary house music DJs and producers Frankie Knuckles, Steve "Silk" Hurley and Chip E.  Alan still regularly plays to rave reviews at clubs and events throughout Chicago and the U.S.  The Chosen Few DJs also host the annual Chosen Few Old School Reunion Picnic each July 4th weekend in Chicago, one of the largest and longest running house music festival events in the world!
