The 1st song plants the seeds of positive Emotions for the mix. The 1st track in this mix is called "PROVOCATIVA." It's one of those tracks you can't get out of your head! The song is by my friend, Reggaeton Artist GAMALIER from El Salvador! It's hard not to support someone that's very talented! 
Something bigger than the "me" aspect of myself put this mix together, to express those emotions we have inside. As we feel them and let them be what they are, if they are positive emotions, we feel them to make room for more new positive emotions and if they are negative emotions, we feel them to set them free.

Sometimes i feel my sub-conscience mind is telling a story with the songs it chooses for the mix. What story is it telling? Our sub-conscience is constantly giving us clues and telling us what it needs, but we are too busy getting to work or seeing who look at out Instagram video. None of these will matter when you're on your death bed. This is the reason i started making these mixes, to get people out of their over obsessive thoughts and into some bomb ass grooves! This shit helps me too! I couldn't do it if you didn't listen to the mixes. I simply wanna get you out of that habitual death routine that we all get caught up in, where we don't notice the days or years because we keep doing the same shit day by day! There's nothing like good feel music to get you outta your mind during these challenging times. For me its been a bit challenging getting back into my mixes with a 5 month old baby girl, my daughter. But this is what I Love, so I have to make time for it. 
Don't allow the everyday grind to get the best of you. This is one of the reasons I started to make these mixes, to disconnect from the everyday stress & the non sense our minds & society tells us to do.
It can be overwhelming to expect so much of yourself based on what society, social media, & what people around you expect from you. Do what YOU expect of yourself, but before that, you need to find who you truly are. Find that Inner you! The one that doesn't need proof to know how AMAZING you already are. You already ARE the person you wanna be, simply peel out the layers of conditioning that society & social media have bound us in.
