When I started DJing with party crews back in the 90's, I started playing Techno. MARS FM and GROOVE RADIO were some of the stations in LA that played this music. 
I recorded this mix back in 1997 on a 90 min tape! I met a friend at a rave after my set and I gave him this mix. Last year I reconnected with this friend and he had taken that mix, digitized it, and made it sound FANTASTIC! THANK YOU DUSTIN DECHTER!! 
Please excuse the sudden cuts, it was recorded with vinyl and we couldn't use loops back then to make the mixes sounds smooth. We just cut to the next song.
Here is this 90's Techno mix! ENJOY IT!
