Carrying on the 90's House mixes from the archives...this one from the 'Giving It Up' slot on London's Kiss 100FM...this slot was given to special guest DJ's who were not part of the regular kiss roster of DJ's...New York's Kenny Carpenter took over this show...think he may of done a few for the station as well as many shows he did back in New York which i have recordings of...Kenny is a very classic, smooth and soulful DJ...he's really been there since the beginning in some form or other. Dancer, Working the Lights, DJ, Producer...i heard him at Ministry Of Sound back then and he was great...what hazy memories I have...great DJ :)

Expect Classic and Larry Levan reworked tracks by Grace Jones, Gwen Guthrie, Stevie Wonder, The Pointer Sister's, The Police, Inner Life and Melba Moore to name but a few.

Larry had a majestic ability of mixing multiple genre's of music while maintaining a consistent Groove throughout his sets; often dubbed as 'Saturday Mass', he was highly skilled at weaving Narrative from his records and could do this for hours on end.
