Released as a Promo Single on Uptown/Universal Records in 1996. It was the B-Side to Harlem Kids Get Biz. An Uptown Classic! Produced by David "DTproductions" Tillman. The Album Version did not include Mase because they couldn't clear him with Bad Boy. Tony Dofat engineered it w/o me so the mix was horrible on the album version released in 1998.

These are bunch of freestyles from the lyrical rapper Canibus.  Some of these are pretty rare.  Also includes the original verse that he recorded for LL Cool J's " 4, 3, 2, 1" which started their beef in 1997 which they squashed in 2014 when LL Cool J brought Canibus on stage during one of his concerts in NYC.
