I remember when you was on the radio and clubs back then.  You're definitly one of the greatest.   Also you're a cool ass dude.  You probably don't remember but you gave me some pointers on the equipment to use.   Your style is definitely a great influence to me.

Each week at the UFC APEX I begin our shows with a different vibe of music for the crew and staff in attendance. Some weeks its rock, some weeks it hip-hop. I never plan these sets. I pick the first song, usually a crew member's fav track or a song relevant in today's news such as with DMX's passing. Hope you enjoy these mixes as much as I enjoy spinning em for my UFC Fam. The art of DJing, created by pioneers such as Grandmaster Flash, Kool Herc, and Afrika Bambaataa allows an individual to become a one-man band by utilizing two turntables as musical instruments. These decks, orchestrated with the skilled talent to mix, cut, scratch, and blend the dopest tracks together, accompanied with the knowledge and music collection to select the right joint, which elevates the room’s vibe and sets the place on fire, is what makes AL3 such a badass behind the decks. 
 
AL3, born Albert Lineses III, stood behind a turntable for the first time as a 14-year-old growing up in Phoenix. He practiced his craft day in and day out to ensure his live
mixes would be some of the illest to bless ears around the globe, and that
his unique sound would cement his name worldwide as not just AL3, but as he is affectionately called by UFC President Dana White: “A-L-Mutha F%KN Three!” 
 
His talent did not go unnoticed. In 2009, White approached AL3 to
become the first and only Official DJ of the UFC. Since that fateful encounter, AL3 has played at countless sold-out arenas across various countries, including 55,000
people in Toronto, Canada and 57,000 in Melbourne, Australia. He would later catch the ear of NBA team owner, Gavin Maloof and become the live events DJ for the  Sacramento Kings, as well as continuing to book a myriad of dates and residencies at nightclubs in prominent cities worldwide from Las Vegas to Kuala Lumpur. AL3 has also won The DJ Times Magazine International DJ Spinoff and The Nightclub & Bar Magazine National DJ Spinoff, twice! A three-time National DJ Champion, he continues to travel the globe performing his signature mixes and remains one of the most sought after DJs in the world. AL3 is always excited to transmit his passion for music and love of DJing to the ears and souls of the thousands he rocks every week, and to the millions he’s rocked throughout his continuously blessed career!
