I'd be lying if I said it was easy to play a sunsrise set at burning man... especially at robot heart.  I had to literally help pull an ancient cow statue down from the top of the heart two years ago to be sent to Germany.  It's like I had to do these ancient quests and other sunset sets to be put in the position to play this past burn, so i was not taking that lightly.  By sheer coincidence I found myself in Reno the night before this and drove straight from my set there to the middle of the desert to a gps location at 5:30 in the morning.  I prepared myself for the sunrise; I knew there would be some doubters, but that just made me work harder... oh and I was on acid.  I think it may have been the best dj set of my life so far ..

Here we have my live set from the final Cliffs competition of the season. This is a live recording of a 2 hour set played during a climbing championship where climbers compete in front of hundreds of cheering supporters.

There are moments during the experience of heightened attention on a climber as well as more subdued moments where the climbers take a breath and restore before they continue. The music ebs and flows in that respect. So you may here moments where the music filters and fades totally out, and then slowly back in to match the pace of the climb and crowd. 

The result, straight from the Cliffs in Long Island City, New York City is a ride through 2 hours of straight comp-pumping bangers.
