Techno Connection Radio #027 - Amethysta

Caroline Valença, idealizadora do projeto AMETHYSTA, é uma multiartista brasiliense. Sua arte abrange obras musicais, visuais e literárias. Com o EP Dark Feminine, foi a primeira mulher a lançar pela gravadora Decreto Techno conquistando Top 10 no Beatport. Frequentou seu primeiro festival aos 11 anos e desde então seu amor pela arte só cresceu. O projeto tem como base o Techno, misturando elementos do Techno Driving/PeakTime, Acid, Hard Techno e Psy. Apesar de ser de Brasília, já levou sua arte para grandes centros eletrônicos como São Paulo. Sua mixagem fusiona gêneros, destacando a dicotomia entre Techno e Trance, o visceral e o espiritual, resultando no yin yang presente em seu trabalho.  Sua linha de construção valoriza a mudança de BPMs, sem se prender a limites. Seu universo vasto, tornando-a única e convidando o público a vivenciar essa experiência pessoal que a artista traz para a cena.

E, Benicci é DJ e produtor criado em família imersa no meio artístico e cultural, e em pouco tempo desde a criação do projeto, já conta com releases em labels da Suíça, Austrália, Grécia, EUA, França, Alemanha, Inglaterra, Espanha, Ucrânia, Armênia, Marrocos, Egito, Itália, Irlanda, Russia, Polônia e Brasil, atingindo o Top100 no Beatport, top100 no Traxsource, TopChart no Itunes, e tendo o lançamento da track "taki taki" escolhida pelo Beatport como um dos melhores lançamentos de indie dance de 2024, alcançando milhares de streamings no Spotify, conquistando cada vez mais espaço no cenário com sua sonoridade que mistura elementos melódicos e progressivos do House. Helping me Draw The Line this week it’s Caroline Valença aka Amethysta a DJ, Producer and multi-artist from Brasília. Her Amethysta project is based on Techno, mixing elements of Driving, Peak Time, Acid, Hard and Psy Techno. Her mixes highlight the dichotomy between Techno and Trance, the visceral and the spiritual, resulting in the yin and yang present in her work. Amethysta is a fusion of two worlds, rave and club culture. From the underground, participating in parties like Trema Techno and Twisted, to Indie Dance events as a special guest at Memento and Mond Connector Records she creates a unique soundscape. With the EP Dark Feminine and the follow up, Grimoire, released earlier this year, she was the first woman to sign tracks to  the Decreto Techno label.

Caroline Valença, the creator of the AMETHYSTA project, is a multi-talented artist from Brasilia, Brazil.
