The 99th podcast in our series is curated by a young and talented DJ and Producer hailing from Paris - Blicz. With an electrifying sound that combines elements of old-school rave with heart-wrenching melodies and thundering kicks, Blicz has transcended the borders of his native french scene and become a known name around Europe's dance capitals. His involvement with the notorious RAW agency as well as his numerous releases - most notably on Involve Records - have shown that this guy is here to stay. Young, ambitious and not ready to compromise, we are excited to see what the future holds for this artist.

Alvaro Duarte, a.k.a.  Django Coûte. Dj and future Paraguayan producer (22).  Born in Asunción, he was instilling his musical taste through the retro, rock, metal, jazz, euro dance, house and techno genres of the 90s at a young age through his parents.

Little by little, he realised that music is a passion for him and since then he had the thought of wanting to transmit all that feeling to the whole world.

In 2015, he had the opportunity to delve deeper into a long musical library of the electronic genre, and then in 2017/2019 to go deeper into Techno knowing all its branches.  At the end of 2019, he became more interested in musical mixing, wanting to give people the discovery of the new sounds that he acquired years ago.  In 2020 he joined the Utopic Dj Lab, having Bruno Wølf as a mentor and thus making his debut before ending that same year, as a resident DJ of the Equinox party cycle.

The meaning of his name is based on the Belgian jazz musician Django Reinhardt, having a deeper meaning for him being "Django Coûte" translating as "The cost of dawn" or "Dawn costs". His style is more characterised by being strong and energetic, always maintaining high bpms and that the rave never stops. He is venturing into a wide variety of styles such as Hard Techno, Industrial, Acid Core, Trance old/new skool, among others.

Shyda is a Miami based Techno DJ and producer from the city's underground music scene, with a reputation of blending various electronic genres together from different decades and walks of musical life including electro/breaks and early 90s rave, hypnotic and deep techno, trance, and anything in between. Co-founder and resident artist of the Paraguayan cycle Equinøx, he has managed to build a solid musical identity on the national scene in just a few, but intense, years of career. His focus goes towards styles such as Techno, HardTechno, HardGroove, Fast Groovy, Schranz, among others, varying widely and maintaining the essence of Old/New Skool in his selection, something that has led him to stand out and be recognized for his talent.



He has played in numerous events and renowned clubs in the capital of Asunción, such as Tango Asunción, Moscow Asunción, Vimana, Equinøx, Delirium and Aztech; coming to share the booth with the main national exponents and also important international artists.



Thanks to his dedication and skill, he now has an agenda that includes dates both inside and outside the country. He also had the opportunity to play in Argentina in party cycles such as GIG TECHNO (C.A.B.A), HELL BSAS and EUPHORIA (C.A.B.A).
