Nascido e criado em Berlim em 1993, um amplo espectro de músicas diferentes me acompanha desde a infância. Meus primeiros pontos de contato com DJ começaram aos 16 anos. Minha grande paixão, a cena underground de Berlim e o som associado da música eletrônica me levaram a expressar minha criatividade por trás dos decks em 2021 e dar à cena um novo rosto com um novo som. Com coração e guiados pela minha voz interior, meus sets oferecem batidas cativantes que fazem você querer dançar. Com a transmissão ao vivo do DIIMORPH, pude gravar a minha primeira aparição pública. Meu grande objetivo é unir as pessoas com a música, deixar o aqui e agora se confundir e assim ter a oportunidade de se encontrar em seu próprio mundo por um momento.

PLVSTYK presents a minimalist-melodic sound with a peak towards dynamic-hypnotic dark techno - born and raised in Berlin in 1993, a wide spectrum of different music has accompanied me since childhood. My first DJ touchpoints started at the age of 16. My great passion, the Berlin underground scene and the associated sound of electronic music ultimately led me to express my creativity behind the decks myself in 2021 and to give the scene a new face with a new sound. With heart and guided by my inner voice, my sets offer captivating beats that make you want to dance. With the DIIMORPH live stream I was able to record the first public appearance. My big goal is to unite people with music, to let the here and now blur and thus get the opportunity to find themselves in their own world for a moment.

[BLP-016] Insane Tempus by ROBotron starts with a rhythmic pulse reminiscent of a beating heart, gradually evolving into intricate, swirling rhythms and a rich tapestry of sounds. Initially, it feels restrained, but soon the atmosphere expands as if delivering a message from the depths of a distant galaxy. Persistent and, at times, ominously haunting, the sonic lines wrap around you sometimes intensifying, sometimes receding leaving behind a lingering tension and faint echoes reverberating through an infinite expanse. The soundscape is utterly captivating, suspended in a vast, weightless dimension, expanding and contracting with a mesmerizing cadence. It comes alive, shifting and morphing crackling, whispering, humming, and shimmering through ever-changing tonal layers. Like an entity of stardust coursing through the veins of a galaxy, it evokes a surreal and immersive experience that lingers long after the final sound fades.

I have always been an audiophile, that is the result of growing up with a father who has a thing for big sound, not such a bad trait to inherit. My love of sound grows from there, often as a child needing the music to be playing so I could occupy my mind as I fell asleep. 

In the late 90's (96/97) and I had my first experience with turntables and vinyl. I was hooked and in 1998 bought my first vinyl, and played actively till moving digital... through the 2010's I played with a fully digital setup, but gave up on chasing software updates... fast forward to 2024 and I am back to the pure analogue sounds of vinyl, the PlayDifferently Model 1.4 mixer and my trusted 1200s. 

From day one I have always been a techno fiend with my greatest influences coming from the London Acid Techno scene (SUF, Cluster, 4x4, etc), Sweden (Adam Beyer, Cari Lekebusch, etc) and probably the biggest influence being Richie Hawtin aka Plastikman and Detroit Techno. 

Armand-Emile is symbolic of who I am and my sound is a blend between House, Deep House, Tech House, Techno and Minimal ... some times even venturing into more progressive sounds.. It's all about the crowd and the dance floor and finding that groove.
