As Summer begins

DJ Ashton Mac started DJing in 2005 at age 19, now claiming his space as a premier DJ in the vibrant state of Utah. He rocks the decks playing Progressive House and Breaks, Nu Skool Breaks, Hard Electro, Dubstep, Drumstep and D&B. From venues to the air waves, it is clear that this versatile DJ is here to stay. 
During his career, Ashton Mac has played with heavy weight artists Deadmau5, Deepsky, Richard Vission, George Acosta, DJunya, Numbernin6, Nasty Nasty, Ishe, Jason Marzetti, Infected Mushroom, eDit, Freq Nasty, Tes La Rok, Dj Scott G. and Charlie P. 
Ashton Mac has also held residencies at the Cabanna Club and Club Manhattan, demonstrating his ability to entertain a crowd every time he steps onstage. 
Housed on the V2AM roster since 2008, DJ Ashton Mac also works for the company since last year, managing and promoting other fellow DJ careers. 
SOB Productions, started by Ashton Mac and stationed in Colorado, has evolved into a collective of DJs both working promotions and solidifying the presence of the electronic music scene in the area. 
The Mac also hosts Dangerous Radio, an online radio station featuring up and coming artists and well established DJs from around the globe. His audience spans from sea to sea and continues to grow each week. 
His radio experience doesn’t stop there either. He has held residencies on 98.3 FM Utah’s VFX and will be featured on Filth FM every Monday night starting in August. 
A new Broken Beat label, Propa Records, was established by Ashton Mac and Jason Marzetti and partnered with the owner of Sovereign House Records. Propa Records has their first of many releases to come on out on Beatport now. Talent such as Charlie P, Ishe and Archtek are featured on the label.
With his having a hand so obviously in every realm of the scene, keep an eye on this rising star, DJ Ashton Mac will be hard to miss.
