Another stone cold classic track that gets fucked up by Mr Asylum. When I remixed this it seemed like world war 3 was just starting up so this inspired the opening sample (from the movie Equilibrium - Incidentally when I uploaded this to YouTube there was a copyright claim on it immediately from a Nordcore track. I assume they use the same sample). This has a more "hand in the air" feel from the normal DJ Asylum shit. aNtHeMz

I'm sorry - I think every part of this track has been nicked from somewhere. Possibly the DJ in me looking for that 3rd Tune. Chuck D was absent for this track right up to the end. Nearly never had his dulcet tones in it, but what track doesn't sound better with a bit of Chuck D? Intro from The Devil's Rejects. This film wasn't created to generate Oscar buzz - but what a fuckin movie. The final scene with Freebird playing in the background is worth the admission fee alone. This was on a Rotjecore comp about Gabber still being alive.

But I've changed bits in this so many times - I tried to shoe horn various vocal samples in, but ended up with Kool Keith, whose voice would fit any track! When I submitted this to SBMB the mix was so crap they had do some serious amounts of work to master it. But fair play to them and Arakane for persisting with the track. Think it's turned out awright.

This was added to the SWAN Terror Tribe compilation. Just wanted to do a hardcore track with bags of energy and loads of breaks for the occasional vocal.  I think I was channelling some early Delta 9 for this. Or maybe I'm talking a load of Pish (2)

Pish 2

Another track that evolved over time, but not sure I like this track now (today is 8th July 2025 - so ask me later. I may have warmed to it by 2027 for example). A bit of a bouncy kick (in parts), to go with a bouncy lyric and some bouncy acid. Not sure the synth sound is bouncy, and I don't think he has ever been associated with bounce. More Bounce. Is this the most time bounce has been mentioned in a paragraph?

Mixmarathon

War of the Worlds. People really believed this radio broadcast, I'm led to believe. Made a cool theme for a track. I always wanted to turn the tuning knob on my TD3 from left to right during a recording, and that might be my favourite part of this track. I know this sounds nothing like it, but the synth coming in at the end was inspired by Somatic Responses and their track Axon on IST - that kind of end of the world synth that comes in after a mechanical first half of the track. Obviously don't do Axon justice, but I reckoned it fit nice with the end of the world samples.

Abundance Of Anger
Top producer is Pardonax. When I sent the first version to him, the comment I got back was along the lines of: "I like the fact it's 6 mins long"... ok then, back to the drawing board. A bit of spit and polish, and I reckon this version (take 2) is pretty decent. Not too like the original, and more in my style. Torture samples, brutal kicks, guitars, screams. All the key ingredients for a good hardcore track. Oh and I threw in a sample from the Manic Street Preachers Holy Bible too for good measure.

Not really got too much to say about this one. Inspired by Kool Keith, The Prodigy and The Sopranos. Has a fairly recognisable kick sample that's been through a few blenders and the most basic of Acid lines. Probably the quickest track I've finished. Must have been on an Anti Procrastination day.

I was quite chuffed with this remix which I probably did in record time (by my standards anyway!).  A cracking original tune by Mr Entropy - I think I brought my own style, while keeping elements of the original.  I've started noticing I'm using that double time kick at the end of a lot of my tracks.  I'll need to change that up soon, or people will think I'm a one trick pony!

I say this is a 2021 Remix, but in essence, it's a less crap version than the original. Mostly made up of hard techno samples, I've tried to put a distorted hardcore gabber slant on in.
