It was a true honor to be part of this year’s Metronome Festival. I know it might sound like a cliché, but I genuinely mean it – especially as someone who has lived for years in the very neighborhood where the festival takes place.

My set was a little different this time. I started off with disco, soulful, and funky vibes – and stayed in that groove longer than planned, thanks to the amazing energy on the dancefloor. Later, I gradually transitioned into the kind of music I usually play more often.

What touched me the most was seeing both little kids and older folks dancing. That’s what I love most about DJing: music knows no boundaries – only good vibes.

Huge thanks to everyone who danced with me, and to the entire Metronome Festival crew!

Biodan is a musician and DJ, who performs alongside the world’s most famous electronic projects and DJs. As a head of dramaturgy at music houseboat U Bukanýra he is responsible for quality music program. He’s performing since 2000 and is a founder of Solstice Records, BioBull Records and member of IN3 Production team.

His music is a combination of house, techno and electronic music with a mix of sounds inspired by other genres. He always builds his sets and select the music based on the atmosphere in the venues. Never know what kind of music will be played during the night.
