On October 17th, 2012 we were blessed to chop it up with one of the realists in the Bay Area! On that day we did not know or think that this would be the last time we would be talking to the dude we all were set in stone that we would be doing this again many times! I pride myself on representing my area and our culture and on that note, I just wanted to take some time and dedicate this one to The Jacka and his legacy that he and his crew built in the bay area! We go over a lot of dope content in this interview and I dope some of his classics in between! I'm so thankful to be able to have the opportunity to do this and represent my region! Brian is back to telling you the story of an artist working from the bottom to the top with his latest single, “Netflix“ from the album “∞”  

Music industry educated but perfected in the streets, Brian Knockin entered the world of Hip Hop as a young child, break dancing and listening to rap legends such as LL Cool J, Run DMC and NWA.

Knockin began in the rap game with his neighborhood friends starting the group, Complex -branching out next as a solo artist. What followed has been a career full of successful albums and hit singles.

After a fateful night of filling in as the production engineer, on the fly, for an up and coming rapper out of Los Angeles, Brian has been balancing both sides of the game with a level of finesse seen by few other artists.

Not only does he make great music that people can relate to, he also has built a strong reputation as Tastemaker with shows like "The Overnight Celebrity Show" and "The Brian Knockin Show" interviewing local and national artists weekly and pushing the others music as well his giving opportunities others in the industry hesitate to give.
His newest release, “∞” promises to show listeners how it’s done in the Bay, mixing party anthems with the touch of heart and soul.
