We present Artificial Manners volume 4 which features some well-known producers that are no strangers to making dance floor hits. The VA opens up with GruuvElement's “Knight” a tech house jam with percussion sounds all throughout the track that really makes the track bounce. Next up is Wally Lopez's “Loco Beats” a darker jam that really just moves to the floor. The VA continues with the debut from Mark Boson and his track “Apex'' a sure heater just in time for summer and has that summer vibe. The VA completes with Mike Ivy, DJ Gomi and Andres Suarez, and Hassio (COL) who are no strangers to the label by putting out some massive dance floor bangers. DJ Gomi and Mike Ivy come with a more tune with a tribal feel to it that really rocks while Andres Suarez and Hassio (COL) come with a more darker tunes with that techno edge that really drops the hammer and caps of the release properly. A really diverse VA that has a taste for everyone.

Dark Distorted Signals proudly presents their 50st release: "Ordin Air - Rise Against" with a sampler vinyl, including 3 tracks -one with a slightly different mix-, and a full album with 'officialy' 10 tracks on a cd, all in one sealed package. (There is no download code included.)

The vinyl comes as a black with white splatter. That same graphical theme extends to the layout of the cd.

This special release is of the hand of Ordin Air, who again delivers his craftsmanschip in dark melodic techno.

The full album is not a retrospective of himself, nor of the label. But all tracks combined are like a milestone, a beacon for those who need a textbook example of true dark melodic techno. Each track is unique and independently playable and essential for any DJ who wants to play relevant music. These are power tools! Play it loud!

Toolroom head honcho Mark Knight joins forces with Toolroom Trax resident artist Adrian Hour for a full-on 2 track techno outing. ‘Suzee’ leads the way with a heads down techno groove and insane builds while ‘Get Down’ uses dark stabs and a quirky vocal hook. This is the first of many exciting collaborations for 2015 from these 2 Toolroom acts.

Wasting no time on the 2017 calendar, label bosses Pleasurekraft follow up the massive "Rigel" with their first EP of the year, with a little hand from Italian maestro Roberto Capuano. On the title track "Maskara", film aficionados might pick up on the use of composer Jocelyn Pook's "Masked Ball" which has now become infamous for its use in Stanley Kubrick's final film "Eyes Wide Shut".  The boys' deft use of a small piece of the original work becomes the centerpiece around which everything else is constructed - with towering drums, and menacing chord stabs rounding out the track's dark landscape - just the way Kubrick might have envisioned it.

Closing out the EP, Roberto Capuano returns to the label to team up with the boys for the dark & brooding "Penetrator", a track that much like its lead melody slithers back and forth traversing the border between tech house and techno - a farewell to tech house - and a full embrace of the techno expanse that lay ahead for the imprint in 2017. 

Both tracks already featured numerous times by Adam Beyer on his Drumcode podcast, Kraftek is very proud to present, the "Maskara EP".

A work 12 months in the making, Adam Beyer continues his exciting series of collaborative EPs, teaming up with heavy-hitters Pig&Dan for an multi-faceted four-tracker.

Chances are up if you spied Adam Beyer in an airport departure lounge over the past 12 months, he’d have his head buried in his laptop, immersed in creating sound sketches. A long-time fan of collaborations, the Drumcode chief has been on an inspiring streak of form lately, teaming up with the likes of Mark Reeve, Dense & Pika and now Pig&Dan. The results have been compelling, to say the least. 

In trademark perfectionist Beyer style, the title track ‘Capsule’ – a shimmering slice of techno - involved “around 15 different versions” the track rigorously road tested by the Swede and featured in episodes of Drumcode Radio to test dancefloor reactions, before finally getting the sign off.  ‘In Love’ is a big room techno groover, driven by crisp drums and the kind of evocative vocal effect that’ll have hairs standing on ends. ‘Atmosfear’ is true to its name, centered on a menacing synth line and gritty percussion, its deep kicks and subterranean bass combining superbly to create a heady dancefloor brew. ‘We Are E’ is propelled by a catchy synth hook and a classic call-to-arms vocal, which tips its cap to the artists’ shared love of classic UK rave.

Transmit Recordings is back just in the time for the Off Week in Barcelona. The VA kicks off with a track from the Boss himself. Boris brings the heat with his dark 'Your Mind' a track that will instantly have you moving in the late night hours. His tune is followed by some familiar names to Transmit and the Techno community like Fankyeffe, Spartaque, and Mattew Jay who served some sure dancefloor bombs. The VA finishes strongly with some new additions in welcoming Carlos Manaca and Kyle Lars who came correct with their debuts to the Transmit family. All in all a strong pack just in time for the summer.

Taking bits and pieces from every part of the globe he visits, Boris always maintains a piece of home in his music. 

Even though his career spans nearly three decades, the journeyman DJ has yet to falter. We currently find him playing leading to destinations across the globe and his music is in high demand with forthcoming releases many sought after labels, Boris will is constantly on the tips of the younger generation’s tongue.
