One of my favorite mixes that I have made to date. This is a throwback that some of you may not have heard the first time around.
Mid 2006 (real records, no serato used making this mix) me and my breh Dstrukt decided to join forces on this mixtape. Best of both worlds if you ask me, we hit you with a lot of shit that was new at the time (and you probably wouldn't have heard these tracks mixed together). 
I know your probably thinking "SJ 2 LA, where the Bay tracks on this bitch?". Don't let the title fool you, this was to commemorate Dstrukt's hometown of San Jose and myself (LA) coming together for a collab.
Hope y'all appreciate what was done with this mix and at the time it was done. Again one of my favorite mixes i've made to date.

DJ Butch - Show Me A Good Time (UTT SoundBites #31)

Influenced by his father's disco band, Butch's love for music began at a very early age. When his best friend first introduced him to a set of turntables, he took on the task of following in his father's musical footsteps. The countless hours of practicing djing got BUtch his first start with playing house parties, weddings, and school dances, It became clearer for Butch how to get the crowd moving. "The energy and connection that goes back and forth between you and the crowd is something that i always look forward to".

Butch found his way into the LA club circuit and has played at some of the most premiere nightclubs in Hollywood, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Orange County. From there he hit the DJ battle scene and built upon his success to enter the studio to start producing mixtapes and remixes acquiring inspiration from local radio DJs from LA's then 92.3 The Beat and Power 106.

Most recently he played at the toyota music den for rolling loud los angeles 2023, is a frequent dj for the popular womens brand revolve during their corporate events. competed in Redbull's Thre3style competition that featured los angeles’s top dj talent. Butch has been a regularly featured DJ on LA's hit radio station Power 106 Jumpoff Mix weekend which airs during the 5pm traffic hour to millions of listeners.
