You’ve probably heard by now that Australia is in the midst of an unprecedented climate disaster. Catastrophic bushfires are raging across much of Australia and have not only taken a huge human and economic toll but have also delivered heavy blows to native flora and fauna. 

BONN are passionate about contributing to a brighter future and are committed to taking action, especially when politicians won’t. In response to the tragic events that are taking place in theirs and possibly your homeland, they asked some talented friends to contribute to a compilation to support those affected by the devastating bushfires across Australia. 

Proceeds will be donated to a campaign set up by a Yorta Yorta man and community rights advocate, Neil Morris (Drmngnow). The money raised will offer culturally sensitive, specific and direct support to communities with critical costs to cover—such as temporary relocation, basic amenities, property repairs and ongoing support where necessary.

A note from BONN also to say "we acknowledge that these tragedies have occurred on Sacred Indigenous lands where Sovereignty has not been ceded. The ongoing connection of First Nations people’s to country and culture is critical to life on this land. We acknowledge our ancestors and elders past present and future."

THE INNER SNOOPY

The legendary American DJ and music producer Henry Maldonado is back again with his project @SonOfSound. This New-York artist is mostly known for his project House 2 House back in the 90s on Strictly Rhythm. Since 2006, he's been quite active with his Son Of Sound moniker, releasing EPs on Delusions Of Grandeur, Razor N Tape, Jus Ed's Underground Quality, Local Talk... and 8 releases on his own imprint District 30.

"For The Few EP" is therefore the 9th release and gathers a lot of different sounds. New York grit, off-centered twisted production and all things back-room underground can be expected with this one! 

We are more then honored to share with you the opening track from the EP, "It All Comes Down To This", a driving, percussive deep house production. This one is deﬁnitely for the dancers with it’s droning underlying tones, eerie subliminal preaching and driving bassline that just seems to show up at the right moment.

"'Discontinuity' as a release is my attempt at trying to be unpredictable with electronic music, even though all tracks are based on loops. The main focus of this EP is trying to approach a more cleaner sound while maintaining a warm comforting dreamscape. These songs have been inspired by clear water and the sounds of insects. All tracks of this release have hidden structures, so if you listen closely to certain components you hopefully get your brain zapped in a good stimulating way.

This EP is a charity release and all profit will be donated to the ongoing crisis of Yemen through Finn Church Aid."
