Adam Mejia (a.k.a. Jigs a.k.a. Scissor of Loop and Scissor) has been involved in the electronic dance scene since the mid '90's. Staring off at first as an electronic enthusiast, offering to help with local promotions for bay area events Adam quickly started networking and beging to establish himself as a valued member of the electronic music community. After much research on the history of electronic dance music styles Adam started collecting records considered to be staples in the dance music community. 

In 1996 Adam started Dj'ing landing his first gig only 6 months later. Specializing in various sub genres of House and Breaks at fisrt, Adam learned the art and importance of mixing for the dancer, which later helped him with the break dancing class he began teaching. Expanding his dj styles to better match his personal taste, Adam added Old School Techno/Hardcore, Jungle/Drum & Bass, Hip-Hop, and Trip-hop to his arsenal of records. Having a collection that matches his knowledge of electronic music and abilites worthy of such a collection Adam started getting gigs and residentcies all over the nation from San Francisco to Miami, from Oregon to Colorado, and all over Ca from San Jose to Oakland, from Santa Cruz to Sacramento mixing along side industry legends such as Franky Bones, Tony Hewitt, Carlos and Melanie of SF HOuse Collective, Arturo Garces, Harry Who and Richard Summerhayes to name a few. His exposure and talents got Adam invited to be the Dj at Six Flags Marine World Vallejo for the grand introduction of "Tony Hawk's Big Spin" roller coaster. As a local favorite Adam has been invited to mix and play his music on radio stations such as 89.7, 90.1, 90.5, 103.3 fm and international radio stations like www.jungletrain.net amongst others. 

After developing a following in his home town Adam started organizing multiple weekly events in the southbay. Wanting to put more in to a night Adam joined up with other local promoters and started a serise of day events and one off eveing events. Being even more involved with the community now, Adam naturally turned his interest to the production of the music, wanting to add to yet another aspect of the community. 

With a vast range of music interest Adam started producing hip-hop/trip-hop, drum and bass/jungle, house, techno, electro and breaks. Working with various artist consisting of dj's, producer, vocalist (mc's/singers), and live bands, Adam quickly realized his love for producing and the creation of music. While constantly working on new music and seeking various artist to work expand his musical knowledge, Adam teamed up with Producer/dj Mark Sandstorm of D-fault Records, releasing "Foundation- So Fly Mix" on Acid All Star Recordings "The Party EP." under the name of "Sandstorm and Jigs" now known as Loop and Scissor, debuting the release at the 2009 WMC. In addition to producing Adam has also does remixes, with his first remix release on Frequency 8 records with "Feel the Jam".

Stefan Bernauer startete seine Musikkarriere in den frühen Neunzigern als Gitarrist und Songwriter in mehreren Rock-, Blues und Jazz-Bands.

Nach verschiedenen Experimenten in unterschiedlichen Musikgenres, blieb bis heute die Liebe zur Elektronischen Musik.

2011 und 2012 gab es erste Veröffentlichungen mit dem Künstlernamen herrB bei Indie Labels. 2013 lernte er die Künstlerin Anne Clark kennen, mit der er 2014 auf Europatournee war und  an verschiedenen musikalischen Projekten gearbeitet hat.

Nach den erfolgreichen EP-Veröffentlichungen Fairytales from the Underground und LifeWires wird es  kein neues  Material in Zusammenarbeit mit Anne Clark mehr geben.

Sein neues Projekt wird wieder in Richtung Deep/Dub Techno gehen.

Always fascinated by electronic music, Sam-LK and Steve Zeker have been pratising on turntables since about 10 years.

Impatient and desirous to realise their dreams, each of them decided to make this passion their job.

So in 2009, they met each other when they both decided to professionalize and integrate a formation in mix mastering.

Being on the same wavelength, they created the group "French Hunters", mixing an electro / house / dirty style.

Obstinated and persevering, French Hunters have many projects in preparation, with the same thirst of innovation that caracterises their productions.

Now DJ, composers and productors, they have already made 5 pieces :

"Acid Boys" brought out in December 2010 with an independent label.

"Makak" brought out in January 2011 with Hypetrax Record. The group made them known thanks to this title. The videoclip is made by the productors and they disguised themselves into "makak".

"Fuck Again" brought out in March 2011 with Hypetrax Record. Again the videoclip is made by the group, the night of the track promotion.

As the first waves of techno and electronica crashed on the shores of America, Dutch was plugging his headphones in. Dutch Star learned to DJ from California disco legend Mark Fahey in 1989. With inspiration from DJ Dan in 1990, Dutch Star broke completely away from the mainstream and began throwing parties in San Francisco with members of the legendary Rave Called Sharon. His first events were under the name BREAK INC., completely underground warehouse events in San Francisco. Over the course of the next decade, Dutch Star was one of the most influential Djs of early San Francisco Rave culture. He was influenced by both acid house music and the harder industrial & techno sounds coming from Detroit and Europe. The combination of his love for various styles of music and smooth mixing skills, quickly propelled is bookings across America.

In 1993, Dutch created the AREA 51 events in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Attendance at his rave events topped over 15,000. It was these events that allowed him the freedom to be more creative with not only his music, but also the entire dance floor environment. Creating each event theme and also performing the parties allowed Dutch to create the perfect environment for the music he truly wanted his audience to hear and an experience to match. The new sounds of the underground were breaking around the world and Dutch became the lens that focused this new sound on San Francisco bringing in performers like Josh Wink, Joey Beltram, Laidback Luke among others.

Around 1996-97 the psy-trance sound was being discovered around the world, exported from the trance parties on the beach in Goa India. Interested in the new trance sound, Dutch began to seed this sound into each set. In 1999 while championing this new sound, Dutch joined with Mason Rothert, Jim Seagel, Brian McDonald and Brian Dobson in creating Thump Radio and the infamous (((THUMP))) parties. It wasn't long before his (((Thump))) Parties were legend. Artists like Infected Mushroom, Hallucinogen, GMS, Atmos, Vibrasphere, Ticon, Sun Project and Astral Projection, who had never performed in America, were welcomed on the (((Thump))) dance floor. (((THUMP))) soon became an important journey to North America for many trance artists and eventually paved the way for this new trance sound across the Americas.

Since 2005 until recently, Dutch was instrumental in the creation of the Opulent Temple Burning Man camp. He is now full swing into the development of the newest Burning Man Sound Camp called White Ocean. While trance remains close to his heart, his music has transformed toward a more minimal techno feel. His dance floor DJ sets average 124-132 BPM and are comprised of exceptional forms of techno & tech house. Melodic undertones coupled with hypnotic bass lines quickly distort time and space until the next thing you know, his set is over. Enjoy!


DJ Carlos became a DJ, following in his father and uncle’s footsteps. He visited one of their parties as a 5 year old kid and knew he wanted to be a DJ after seeing all the happy faces on the audience. He started doing all kinds of DJ jobs growing up and in 1992, Joel from "A Rave Called Sharon", found him at a Latin club where he was working and invited him to play at their next party. Since that day DJ Carlos played at every weekend rave in San Francisco. In 1993, DJ Carlos became a Resident at "Recycle" on Wednesdays and "Universal Groove" on Thursdays, while still playing Saturday raves and Sunday "Spundays".

In 1994, DJ Carlos started his own party with DJ Dutch and DJ Christoff, "CDCSoundsystem" and still playing raves on the weekends. He then started flying to Denver to play at the "Come Together" Party with DJ Dan, DJ Hippy, DJ Halo, DJ Terry Mullan, and many others. In 1995, a new party was started called "Area 51" and Josh Wink headlined one of them. DJ Carlos played with DJ Tony, DJ Jeno, DJ Astralmatrixx and DJ Carlos started flying out to Seattle, Portland, New York, Cleveland, and every major city in Ohio, Chicago,and the whole Midwest.

In 1996, DJ Carlos started a new party called "LOVE" with a new company called the SF House Collective and played with Dubtribe and an endless list of DJs. He played a family reunion in the Midwest, and in New York at "Twilo" and with Phato Productions. In 1998, DJ Carlos played at "Nikita" with DJ Sasha. By the time the house music scene began to subside, DJ Carlos had played in almost all 50 states, except for Montana and Idaho.

DJ Carlos then took 3 years off and started playing again at "Fiddler’s Green" in Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco. DJ Carlos recently started a new company called Toltek Productions where he is dedicating all his energy to producing music and has many more events to come.

I love House Music. House is more than music it's a feeling. I grow up in a Latin household full of music. I can remember back when I was a kid in the 70's my Mom vacuuming on Saturday morning with her Salsa and Cumbia music pumping. It was great and when the vacuum went off I would go turn on the TV and watch Soul Train for an hour. The beginning to my love of mixing different styles of music. House music in the making without me even knowing it. I started listening to House around 1991 and it's been the dominate genre in my music collection.
