My set for Syntop: passages at //:aboutblank, 11.11.2022, opening the Lobby from 1.30 - 3 am 

Syntop is currently running a fundraising campaign for Sea-Watch e.V. - an organization that is dedicated to try to save as many people as possible from drowning in the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, they are committed to educating people about human rights violations at the European borders, for example with their podcast “Grenzerfahrung”. 

With their first VA EP "Passages" Syntop is making a contribution and all the collected proceeds of the EP aswell as the revenues of the ://aboutblank event will straight go to Sea-Watch e.V.

In "Soft Cells" DJ Chichi is inviting their friends for a little session of non-dance music, laughs and banter. This weeks guest is the leadsinger and vocalist Elle MB who just released the 3rd track of her upcoming EP. Together with the musicians Paul Keilhau, Raphael Sturm and Konstantin Wenning, ELLE MB’s music is vaguely oscillating between the genres of Pop, Neo-Soul and contemporary R’n’B with a sprinkle of jazz-harmony and a soft spot for detailed sound-design. ELLE MB‘s songwriting revolves around the grand theme of interpersonal relationships while trying to illuminate all the nooks and crannies and contradictions of modern everyday live within an urban environment.

This weeks guest is @ayu__bi - those two have been friends for years and share a weak spot for the unpolished side of music.
