DJ Chilly-T (Steve Foley) is a California-based DJ, Music Maker, and Songwriter with deep roots in the house music scene. He began DJing in 1983 at just 10 years old, cutting his teeth on electro, hip-hop, and rap before fully embracing house music in the '90s. As a founding member of the mixing crew Madhouse, he played iconic venues across the West Coast, sharing the stage with legends like Doc Martin at warehouse parties and raves. After a hiatus to focus on filmmaking and publishing, Chilly-T returned to music production in 2024, bringing soulful, groove-driven house back to the forefront. His latest tracks blend classic sensibilities with modern deep house energy — all designed to move the dancefloor.
