Not ocean waves, sound waves. True to your generally mysterious and confusing nature, even your zodiac doesn't make sense on first glance. Why would a sign with "aqua" in its name and a pair of waves for its symbol be an air sign? *kanye shrug* People give y'all grief for how withholding you are with your energies and intentions but that's only because we REALLY want to share in them. We just don't get that your energy is for you. Your time is for you. You are for YOU. It is a distinct privilege to be let in by an Aquarius. The sooner we all realize that the secret to getting into the Aquarian clubhouse is not needing to be there in the first place, the sooner your mighty winds will be at our backs. Holy Pisces… Well, sorry I’m late. I had this whole plan to make a neo-soul mix for y’all and feature a lot of friends and family who make original music, but ultimately it just didn’t fit your energy. This is the first time I've had to start over on a mix. I’ve always struggled with water signs in general, but in redoing this mix I think I’ve made a break through. I might just get you now, Pisces. If Cancer is the mighty river that carries us home and Scorpio is the booming waterfall that sends us crashing over the edge to adventures unknown, Pisces is the whole damn ocean: so expansive you extend further than the eye can see. Your gentle waters sustain more life on this planet than anywhere else, but due to your delicate nature, one degree hotter or cooler than your natural state can leave all of us in peril. You don’t mean to destroy and rarely do, but your sensitivity means that sometimes you can and will in order to maintain your equilibrium. You need to be nourished and treasured just like you deserve.

The mood of this mix is tender with a few subtle escalations; it’s an amalgamation of stories about love and support: loving and supporting your lover, loving and supporting yourself, loving and supporting your friend in need, loving and supporting your life as you want it to be lived. Love love love. That’s you Pisces, that’s you: an ocean of liquefied, shifting, mutable love.
