Here’s one I spun up in a single session. Should I add more or leave how it is??

Tampa Beatdown is an offshoot of Chicago footwork. With emphasis of rhythmic complexity, with conventional song structure, and with the goal to create slamming tracks that are melodic, rhythmically interesting, and that also slang the subs of the club in the best way possible.

Also, double bass. No one has implemented double bass in dance music, and being from the heavy metal capitol of the world… it only makes sense to pay homage to that legacy.

Enjoy this track about kick drums using samples from the Midnight’s “Kick Drums and Red Wine”.

All samples of the Midnight were acquired via the Midnight’s sample pack of “Days of Thunder” and “Endless Summer”. I don’t own the rights to these samples beyond purchasing them for personal and education use. These are musical reinterpretations of some of my favorite songs, and using them to expand the paradigm of American dance music. These tracks are for the culture of the people, and for science.
