Growing up in one of the roughest parts of Florida, South Bay A/K/A Wild Bay A/K/A The Muck. Willie F. Marshall Jr. (DJ City Boi) attended Glades Central Community High School and soon after graduating in 1999, he went on to attend the great Bethune Cookman College (now Bethune Cookman University) in Daytona Beach, FL where he studied Mass Communication

Dj City Boi started out deejaying and making mixtapes on old household entertainment equipment that his Father keep around. By the age of 15, he was doing block parties around The Muck area made up of Belle Glade, South Bay and Pahokee . By his late teens, he was doing bigger events like clubs, parties, weddings, festivals and more.
In 2005, DJ City Boi teamed up with his running mate, DJ Slim and together they formed Muckstyle DJ's. As a crew, they ran The Muck area pretty much handling just about all the shows around Lake Okeechobee, along with many other known DJ's in The Muck.

After moving to West Palm Beach FL in 2008, DJ City Boi established himself as a well known mixtape and club DJ. He has also formed TeamTakeOve which consists of some of the hottest artist and DJ's in the muck area. He also has his own online internet radio station Muckstyle Radio and has launched his new website (djcityboi.yolasite.com). In 2012 DJ City Boi became apart of one of the biggest coalition of DJ's in the game. (Coast2Coast MixTape DJ's). He's also aviliated with another big name you may have heard of. (Street Gorillas) as of 2016. Labworks, Shifiters Squad, Concert Music ENT, are a few more to name. DJ City Boi is doing big things, watch out for Muckstyle DJ’s and TeamTakeOve !!!
