This material features 22 Evil Geniuses who create madness, flavor and emotions through an absolute feeling for the dance floor.

Monte y Culebra is a well-known saying in Venezuela. Through it, we want to deconstruct its original meaning and present an aesthetic point of view that sets us in a hybrid world, between jungle images, and the rawness of the street.

We are 16 Venezuelans present in this curation, interpreting what we could call Venezuelan Electronic Music (Changa / Street House / Raptor House / Hard Fusion). With the honest intention of portraying a possible narrative with these sounds, inspired by the aesthetics of our current context.

These Changa tracks are full of rhythmic, rapacious, technical patterns, many flavors that ensure enjoyment. A loving letter to the memories of our youth listening to samples of Waldemaro Martinez (La Voz de Venezuela) sounding in the minitecas.

We also have a clear influence from Footwork Chicago, DJ Elmoe, known for making the album "Werkin In Da Circle (2007)" in the era of myspace, a key reference of taste in this curation. Also present is Deejay YB (Gutta Soundz) granting a track that sets the mood for a virtuous dance battle.

Likewise, we also have a noble and diverse Latin American contribution, from La Wachita China from Argentina with his characteristic, robotic and catchy Reggaethron. Toby with a track that explores an exquisite UKG with Brazilian nuances. Isablu and Aleroj bringing Colombian flavor at high speed, especially party-like.

The Rumba is a Monte, and we are its Culebras.
