Here's to one of the kindest people I know, Washington and I had the great pleasure to meet this wonderful person in our younger times where we were looking for an opportunity to play at the club.  He and few other promoters gave us the chance to play in front of the public, not only one time but many times.  He always had the jams when I listened to him back in the day at Spy to Liquid days and we were lucky to be given some of his remixes to use for ourselves to play at the club.  Your music was always gems in my crate and we wouldn't see that being any other way.  We are lucky to have him as a friend and will always continue to remember him for the fine example of what a human being should be.  May you rest in peace and we will see you in the next life, my friend.

After taking a break from production, Photik is back with their mind interpretations of electronic music, stretching the genre's bounds with their capabilities. The break renewed their capabilities as producers and artists after what was a whirlwind of a year. The year's gap also gave them a new perspective on creation reflected in the two songs featured on their EP. With the same goal in mind (spreading positivity through music) and the group's renewed ambition, we are bound to see some great tracks from this trio.

"Only You" is an emotional rendition of a lover's realization channeled through electronic music. It has mesmerizing tones in the buildup that are succeeded by the drop's eventual release, making it a complete track. It is a feather in the cap of the upcoming trio showing the world that they can fuse emotion with their work.

"Love Is Love" is the second song on this EP. Its beats will have you moving with energy while wondering what message the artists were trying to convey. It is a track that will allow listeners to give it its meaning by thinking about their personal feelings related to love. It comes with a fitting end that leaves the soul with a tranquil life.
