The program covers the following areas Fundamentals, Game Combos, Skill Combos, Rhythm Changers, Elite Combos and Finishers.

These can be done stationary or moving.

Instruction Notes: The double take is a between the leg and back through. The NBA challenge sequence is from Drew Hanlen. Each 2 move combo starts with a mini-V dribble then 9 combos starting with the right side then repeat starting with the left hand. Combos are 2x Front Cross (FC), FC - Between the Leg (BTL), FC - Behind the Back (BTB), BTL - FC, BTL - BTL, BTL-BTB, BTB-FC, BTB-BTL, BTB-BTB.
