Belgian-Caribbean provocateur Charlotte Adigéry and her long-term musical partner, Bolis Pupul release their phenomenal debut album Topical Dancer via Soulwax’s iconic label DEEWEE.
 
Cultural appropriation and racism. Social media vanity. Post-colonialism and political correctness. These are not talking points that you’d ordinarily hear on the dancefloor but Charlotte and Bolis have ripped up the rulebook with their debut record. Featuring standout singles ‘Blenda’, ‘HAHA’, ‘Thank You’, ‘Ceci n’est pas un cliche’ and today’s focus track ‘Making Sense Stop’, Topical Dancer - which cements Charlotte and Bolis as a duo under both their names for the first time and is co-written and co-produced by Soulwax – is both a triumph of kaleidoscopic electro-pop and “a snapshot of how we think about pop culture in the 2020s.”

Danny Green is a San Francisco-based producer and DJ. Originally having a background as a classically trained pianist, his productions draw influence from both classical sounds as well as modern trap, club and melodic elements. After helping form the Subculture SF collective, he's performed with some of the electronic music scene's best forward thinking artists, such as Jai Wolf, Hippie Sabotage, Sleepy Tom, members of the Athletixx crew, and more. With support from both larger artists such as CRNKN, Bixel Boys, Louis Futon, Gent & Jawns, as well as other local producers on both his original productions and remixes, Danny Green is definitely an artist to look out for.
