Originally from the Jersey Shore, DJ Debutante received her first residency at Centro in Sayreville within a year of picking up her first pair of turntables.  While there, she was able to work with well-known New York area DJs as Angel Manuel, Davis G., Cheyne Christian, and Bad Boy Joe.  “I wanted to prove that house music in New Jersey is not all about guidos pumping their fists in the air,” she says.  She proved herself right by packing the dance floor every week at their Saturday night party, The L Bar.  While holding down her residency, she landed several guest appearances at Nikki Beach Atlantic City.

In June 2008, looking for new opportunities and adventures, she moved down to West Palm Beach, Florida, where she felt she could take advantage of both the emerging scene there as well as the major mecca that is Miami.  Debutante hit the ground running, making contacts, chatting up as many fellow DJs as she could. She was finally able to hone her true sound, which has been described as “one part New York, one part South Beach, one part Chicago,” a combination of progressive, tech, and electro house, adding her own individual mark of sensuality and sexuality.  

Debutante has since performed at Premier, Vlada Lounge, The Bar, Off The Hookah (Miami), and Respectable St., the last in which she opened for breaks legend Baby Anne.  She has been a regular at the Palm Beach Superstar DJs pool parties alongside the likes of Noel Sanger and DJ Keoki.  She has held down a residency at downtown West Palm Beach mainstay The Lounge on Thursday nights for over 2 years. She has also been the only local DJ invited to be featured regularly as a street artist in West Palm Beach’s downtown district.  In 2012, Debutante had her Winter Music Conference premiere at Crescendo’s Piano Bar, making two appearances, including Party Radio USA’s gala.

On the radio and on the web, Debutante has spun on Therapy Sessions on Florida Atlantic University’s Owl Radio, MiamiBeatz.com, PartyRadioUSA.net, and 96.7 Party.com. She has been heard internationally in the UK (MaxDance Radio) and Spain (Beat Box FM) through the syndicated radio program The Order Of Sound. Debutante is currently hard at work on her first single, which she is recording with nationally renowned producer Soulscience (Yoruba Records, Deeper Shades Records).
