I'm DJ Decktator A.K.A. Alan Gray from Scotland.

I have a radio show at Stirling University called Scratchin' The Surface. Its purpose it to provide a showcase for DNB, Jungle, Hiphop and Dubstep as these genres were previously not seen on the station. It also carries elements of Funk, reggae and Dancehall Vibes.

It has been running for just over a year and half and has been fortunate to have won Best Specialised Show and Best Production on the station and have artists, MCs and DJs such as : (1xtra) Tim Westwood, (Radio1) Annie Mac, Tonn Piper,MC Rage, DJ Zinc, Cyantific, Mungos Hi Fi, Profisee, Kon-Tempt  too name but a few who have supported the show.

Always looking for fresh beats and to help showcase new talent. If you have got any beats and are looking for promotion il be sure to try and give them air time.

the semesters broadcast has unfortunately come to a close but you'll catch me on the airwaves after the summer... fresh from festivals. Artists confirmed to feature : Chase and Status, Krafty Kuts, Doorly, Mr Scuff plus more announcements to follow keep your eyes peeled.

You can expect an interview one week with featured Artists and the following a fresh guest mix from talented DJs from around the world.
