DEFINE - SUGAAR

I started mixing Jungle and Drum and Bass in the late 90s at J14, Survival and Exodus illegal raves. Focusing on the emerging Drum and Bass sound we started an event called Steppers in early 2000, hosting guests like Swan E, Kenny Ken, A Sides and more. 

I got into the early Dubstep scene around 2005 and by 2007 we started an event called Sub Conscious, this then evolved into a record label and I released my first solo Dubstep record, featuring vocals from the legendary Howard Marks. 

A few years later, after several more vinyl and CD releases on labels Barcode, Vampire Records, Halo Beats, Despicable Bullys and the Diesel Boys Human Imprint label, I started a monthly Dubstep event Infraction and Drum & Bass night Reperkussion featured acts like Chase and Staus, Andy C, Nero, 16bit, Reso, Ed Rush, Flux Pavilion and Alix Perez to name a few. 

Now exclusively in Spain since the pandemic, my style has been continuously growing and developing, injected with a new Basque / Spanish / Latin influence, style and passion.
