As a youth DJ DisArm was exposed to an array of music growing up, But was heavily influenced by the 90's East Coast, gritty, boom-bap sounds by groups such as Mobb deep, Binary Star, Redman, Big L, Artifacts, Royce Da 5'9" and so he began to discover the men behind the music.  Producers such as The Alchemist, No I.D., The BeatMinerz, Dj Muggz, RZA, DJ Premier and others. He purchased his MPC 2000XL in early 2014 and after teaching himself the basics and learning from other local producers, he quickly developed his sound and became an understudy of One Be Lo (A MC/Producer from Detroit).  In Only a few short years DisArm has quickly earned the respect from local musicians and producers, and also from well known names in the Industry all while working on developing his sound.  His latest project Hoop Dreams which will debut early 2018 will definitely be something to look out for!
