most of the things i post here are not final drafts unless otherwise specifically noted; i like to share both my music and my creative process.  

i only use open source software in my audio production workflow:  mostly LMMS, Audacity, Hydrogen, Mixxx, and PureData, with Audacity as the main workhorse, EFX processor, and mastering application.  it's my personal belief that there is no reason to steal/borrow/get-brainwashed-by crippled software when open source alternatives have been given to us.  also, there's no way i could have added a "dizazter mode" fader setting to any serato-enabled DJ software but Mixxx. 

thanks for reading this little blurb, i hope you have enjoyed it to your satisfaction.  i think that if alfred hitchcock were a DJ, he would have approved of that last sentence.  speaking of somewhat odd english names, my grandfather's middle name was elwood... i suppose that it still is, because it says that on his headstone.

i like to sample things. back in the day i would loop using a dual cassette tape deck with quick fingers on the (un)pause button. my first turntable was a sears-roebuck record player slash radio tuner.  the volume knob twisted off from using it as a half-assed rotary-fader so i wired up a linear potentiometer from a broken boom box that someone gave me into it and either taped it or stapled it on there because i didn't know about jb-weld at the ripe age of 14.

if i have sampled something of yours and you would like me to remove it, just send a message and i'll take it down.  i make exactly zero dollars at my hobby of manipulating sounds, and well, i apologize in advance if you take offense.
