Our first contemporary release on Avec Plaisir features a stunning collaboration of Munich-based Ly Nguyen and @supersoundglobal's @nicjalusi. We discovered "Laguna Azur" already years ago through our friend Pia and kept playing it in our sets since then, which caused almost ridiculous amounts of ID-requests from audiences all over Europe. So when Ly and Nic agreed on working together on a physical release, we knew this is gonna be something special. 

While the Original Laguna Azur Mix takes you on a motorcycle trip to  a beach bar sipping cocktails in the early 90s (with denim jackets, cocktail umbrellas and the full program), Jalusi's Acid Dub is already starting the party, when the dubby bass hits like we wanna dance into the sunset, watching smiles on everyones faces, rumpled hair from the early evening breeze. 2AM – was it Hazme Sonar or Sueno Latino or the Balearic Eric & Nic Jalusi Dream House Mix – You’re in a sea of hands up in the air when those piano chords kick in after the break. You just want to dive into the ocean for another night swim and shake your drenched body on the sandy dancefloor. A handful of friends remain at the beach in the very moment when the sun comes up and you’ll hear the hypnotizing leftfield dub "My Heart“, lying on the shore, everyone’s eyes turn into the greenish-blue color of a mystical lagoon hidden in the palm forest. A salty taste remaining on your skin.

In the latest release from @romainfx852 and his first single, we dive headfirst into a sonic journey that blurs the lines between genres, eras, and cultures. Imagine cuica players on speed, jamming with rave producers on acid, all alongside the legendary sound of 80s keyboard virtuosos—this is the essence of Romain’s first single.

Infused with high-energy percussion, rave-inspired rhythms, and nostalgic synth melodies, the track is a wild fusion of past and future sounds. Picture this: If cuica players on speed jammed with rave producers on acid alongside 80’s keyboard legends, this track would be the outcome.

Having tested this track in multiple sets to overwhelming crowd reactions, Romain FX decided to release it as a stand-alone single on Fauve Records. The result is a piece that’s bold, unpredictable, and undeniably captivating—a true testament to the power of cross-genre experimentation.
