This is a mix I put together for Bass Coast 2017! I am inspired by a lot of the organizers and artists who perform there! It would be amazing to play a set with legends you look up to in music! Enjoy, please share!

Bass Coast Submission 2017

Stephen Donahue is a turntablist DJ of all genres originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland and current located in Red Deer. 

Over the past 3 years he has opened for huge artists such as Tech N9NE, Sage Francis, Royce 59, Pusha T, Rick Ross, Mobb Deep, Apathy, Ghostface, GZA, Swollen Members, Son Real, Classified and played his first huge festival at Centre of Gravity! Earlier this year he went on part of Merkules, Geoff English, Blaze0n3 and Luca Mele 2016 Fuckin Eh Tour! Donahue spun for Merk at a CBC Juno show in Calgary last spring.   

As a DJ, D0NAHUE was inspired by greats like DJ Jazzy Jeff, Skratch Bastid and Qbert. He originally learned vinyl and later transition into DVS (Digital Vinyl Scratching) with Serato. D0NAHUE has played around 250 shows since becoming a DJ in 2014, ranging from concerts to private events and bar shows.

Donahue is the Creative Director at Delcaro Media and Co-Founder at Donatello Records.
