Janax Pacha & Cyma - Templo Dorado (Deep Meditation Mix)

From the derelict coffee shop waste land of Smith Street, Melbourne come two dyslexic track pant enthusiasts with nothing else going for them but a talent to make pointless words rhyme in succession and a knack for petty theft. 

After their former critically acclaimed, award losing group @peace imploded upon itself due to a collective mental break down caused by a lack of government funding in the psychiatric sector, leading to a series of severe psychotic episodes, Lui and Tom were left alone with nothing but a dream and $12.70 in their paypayl account. 

In a feeble attempt to regain their sanity they created The Average Rap Band. With utter naivety and a total lack of understanding of the current popular musical climate they decided the main focus of the group would be the lyrics. An obsolete medium that was made redundant in the late 1990s. 

Working with bearded enigma Dandruff Dicky and poltergeist expert Hone St John they created a 6 track Video EP entitled 'Stream Of Nonsenseness'. The EP was the first of it’s kind, not including the one Beyonce did and all the other people that have done it already. The EP was made with a $42 budget and shot entirely on a Nokia 3210.

Dub Sutra, a world music phenomenon known for their first album, “The Rise of Downtempo,” has secured the rights to use Maya Angelou’s voice presenting her poem “Still I Rise” in their new single, “Maya’s Dance.” The poem is best known for Maya Angelou’s presentation at President Obama’s first inauguration.

Dub Sutra, a musical duo consisting of Charlotte and Chris Proud along with a unique variety of guest artists, presents musical vitality and deep vibratory healing sounds, captivating audiences at yoga conferences, concerts and visionary arts festivals around the world.

The first time Stijn Hüwels and Cok van Vuuren collaborated with Michel Banabila was in April 2020. They made this extremely peaceful 12-minute track in reaction to all the upheaval in the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to soothe some of the stress and calm you down. The track was picked up by Apple Music and added to one of their playlists, 'Pure Meditation', resulting in over 665.000 streams in just a few months, still increasing to this day. Droney synths and imaginative electronics are mixed with space guitars, all infused with analog elusive layers of tape echo and reverb.
