They showcased several Filipino-American r&b artists; Drop and Harmony, Kai, Innerlude, and OneVoice. It's always a wholesome experience to share music with others (irl or online) who have the same love and passion for it. Since then, her taste in music has grown into a mix of soul, r&b, pop, hip hop, & future sounds.

Today's DJ is re-defined. In many cases, the DJ in the new millennium is expected to do more than mix, scratch, and perform. For example, production is considered a standard expectation. Having a unique sound that blends a DJ's personal character and can still engage a crowd is of the utmost importance to being a well-rounded DJ. Out of the hundreds of new, quick-start-up DJs there are in the community today, only a few stand-out that can attract the attention of well known platforms and artists.

Dstrukt, a San Jose native is amongst those few.

Dstrukt's musical dexterity and performance driven sound has cemented his signature style of music-play in the DJ scene since the early 2000's. As he makes his way through the thousands of new DJs in the world, Dstrukt steadily composes, restructures, and redefines himself to be in front of any crowd. Any piece of equipment. Any style of music.

He is the DJ re-defined.
