This is a small collection of tracks that I used to play at JC's Place around 1995 - 1997 and there's tons more but these were considered crowd favourites at the time. I also did not play some of the songs full out due to copyright,etc. This mix is for promotional and mostly nostalgic use only. A fan from day 1 and been collecting their music ever since. I decided to throw together this mix for people who are always searching for the music of P.O.C.(Prophets of the City). Unfortunately some of their cds/vinyl are only available from people on ebay at ridiculous prices because it's so sought after. I even bought some P.O.C. records in Germany in 2007 from someone who had no idea who the band was. Enjoy!

Eazy began dj’ing in 1993 and soon after his potential and talent was recognized he became the resident DJ at JCs Place. He has since played at countless other clubs across South Africa and has moved crowds in Durban, Johannesburg, Swaziland, Botswana, Amsterdam and Germany. His forte includes Hip Hop, Drum and Bass, R&B and Jungle but his skills translate into many other styles.
He has worked on radio with both CCFM as well as UCT Radio & in 2003 he co-founded Hip Hop Education South Africa which is an organization that works in schools and communities providing life skills programmes and workshops.
Collaborations with both South African and international artists include Brasse Vannie Kaap, Matt Allison supporting the Jars of Clay Tour, Verbs, Spin The Flava, CJay and Brown.
With over 17 years of experience both locally as well as internationally, DJ Eazy has built and maintained a strong reputation for himself as one of South Africa’s veteran DJs. His excellent work ethic combined with superior professionalism has led to influential opportunities such as being a brand ambassador for Adidas in 2010 with the dj crew, Chief Rockers alongside DJ Azhul and Falko Starr.
