She was the quintessential Disco Diva. She had Izora Armstead and Martha Wash (AKA Two Tons Of Fun, Sylvester's backing vocalists) left and right of a podium of which she  held the number one spot.

Quincy Jones was one of the greatest if not the great music producers of all time. He's definitely my favorite. His styles and musical range have always been second to none. This song "The Secret Garden" (Sweet Seduction Suite) was on his 1989 album 'Back on The Block' and this masterpiece features: Al B. Sure, James Ingram, El DeBarge and Barry White. I remember a couple of years after the song came out someone did a "White Label" remix of this that was perfect for a smooth dance floor. I haven't been able to grab that particular version again, so I decided to create this one. Enjoy!!!

1967's "If This World Were Mine" was penned by the incredible song writing duo of "Ashford & Simpson" originally performed by the great Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell.  In 1982 this classic was covered masterfully by the great Luther Vandross and Cheryl Llynn (That was the version I fell in love with). Well, in 2013 Dalminjo featuring Pete Simpson and Zara McFarlane brought this jam to the dance floors with their awesome House version. I just wanted to smooth it out a bit and chill with this classic on my "Beach Journey's" I hope you enjoy The Mood! :-)

The debut EP ‘Night Magic Vol. 1’ is a four-track compilation featuring reworked versions of disco anthems by Don Ray (‘Got To Have Loving’), T-Connection (‘At Midnight’), Brainstorm (‘Lovin’ Is Really My Game’) and Voyage (‘Souvenirs’) into fresh versions. 

@razor-n-tape boss @jkriv led the production. Speaking about this cut, he said: “The original Brainstorm version of this song is really more of a classic R&B/soul tune than straight disco and is at a burning tempo of almost 140bpm. We knew we had to slow it down but still retain all that fiery energy, so we gave it an almost Sylvester-esque treatment with pulsating arpeggiated synths and a hyped open-high hat consistent drum groove. Jonny Dinklage’s stabbing strings  really added magic to the production and of course Adeline kills it in full disco diva mode on the vocals!”
