This Movement Medicine Ecstatic Dance Journey was played live for Ecstatic Dance Bristol Open Air on Sunday the 19th of September a few days before the Autumn Equinox.

As ever the journey weaves through multiple genres, tempos, and feeling tones in the music. This mix also includes my facilitation for the first 15 minutes to support the dancers to drop into their bodies, connect with the earth and harness the power of their breath.
