Life and Death founder Manfredi Romano aka DJ Tennis debuts on Aus with ‘Repeater’ - here he delves deep into his own cosmos creating two cuts that are uniquely spacey whilst playful and powerful. DJ Seinfeld needs no introduction. His DJ Kicks mix and debut album for Ninja Tune have both been critically acclaimed. His ravey mix of 'Repeater' is a tension builder, his version simmers away for seven minutes patiently dropping metallic stabs and detroit fm synths licks. Manfredi’s career spans over two decades as agent, manager, promoter, label owner, dj and producer. His releases are few and far between so, it’s an honour for him to trust us with his art.

Ian O’Donovan is considered one of the preeminent Irish producers of the moment.  After being discovered by Laurent Garnier in 2009, his music has gone from strength to strength, with continuous support not only from Laurent, but also industry heavyweights John Digweed and Hernan Cattaneo.  His use of melody and uplifting chords is polished, and it is this skill that has seen him release on highly esteemed labels such as Bedrock and Virgin.

‘Forever Untold’ is easily one of his finest productions to date.  A simple arpeggio maintains the pulse while a grand symphony of elaborate melodies, harmonies, and organic-sounding piano and strings unfolds.  It is an emotional piece that is so characteristic throughout all of Ian’s work.

The remixers were carefully chosen for this project, and we can say with confidence that both of them truly delivered.  Satoshi Fumi’s interpretation is more upbeat and highly reminiscent of early Detroit House while Holland’s leading lady Estroe takes the song into progressive breaks territory.

Massimiliano Pagliara is a true powerhouse! Off the back of his third full-length album endeavour and the launch of his own Funnuvojere Records, the Berlin-based DJ and producer continues to thrive and broaden his already comprehensive list of accomplishments. Titled "Nothing Stays In One Place For Long", his first EP release for Permanent Vacation displays the perfect symbiosis between man and machine, offering a glimpse into the Panorama Bar resident's vast production capabilities.

From blissful balearic house and spacey dub techno to acid driven disco stylistics, Massi continues to transcend boundaries in trademark fashion. And although nothing truly stays in one place for long, his timeless approach towards music stays closely and unmoved in our midst. Big TIP!
